  • Sending the form: You can fill out the form online, and we will notify you by email upon receipt. You can also send us this cancellation form by e-mail or by registered mail, accompanied by your signature and the date of sending (date of the letter or e-mail).                                                                                                                                                          
  •  Back to products: You have a maximum of 14 days after your withdrawal request to send the products concerned. Returned products must be in original condition, accompanied by their original packaging. 
  • Refund: The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the products in original condition.
